43 percent of business leaders don’t have high-school diploma | Look At Vietnam

A recent survey of 63,000 businesses nationwide showed that 43.3 percent of business managers do not have a high-school diploma, while only 2.99 percent have master’s degrees.

Ah, the ever popular "must have a university degree" mentality continues to run rampant. Wish I could figure out a way to teach the world about the importance of life skills and common sense - two things you don't learn in University, but the two most important things you need to be successful in whatever business venture you choose.

I guess it's not easy to determine if someone has those two "qualifications", whilst a piece of paper can be placed on the table in front of a recruiter, government official, or potential business partner.
